Yes , the hotel staff were very rude I have shifted three rooms ,first room has no washroom flush working, second room has broken cot ,the third room has AC repair. The staff in the reception are very bad. Clean persons are good only.

its a scam hotel. They post a cheap price on website and give location on WhatsApp. The location given on app is wrong. When you reach they laugh at you saying nobody can give hotel at this price and will overcharge you. You can see the remains of previous night on the bed sheets and room. And please wash your hands if you touch any surface of the room.

Hotel was friendly. Reception was responsive. Room was good and manager was corporative.

Once I reached I was charged extra money and when I questioned they said they are just using booking.com as a platform to get customers but the charges mentioned there r not real. I hope u will get multiple similar feedback as they do the same trick with all online booking

It's the worst of all . Bad staffs , bad environment (full of drunkers), worst bathroom I have ever seen . The cost price is too high. I escaped because it's one night . You may call me idiot when I tell you the price . It's 1200 for the room . U have to beleive me . If you want to enjoy your trip , U better book in different hotel .
